1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched — whichever is earlier.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Replacement
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).
In case of approved returns, we will offer:
A replacement (if available), or
A full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds (for cancelled or returned items) are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality checks.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.).
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
